2007年结成。是一个由小泽刚、陈劭雄、GIMHONGSOK 3位以日本・中国・韩国为活动据点的艺术家组成的共同创作团队，以其艺术项目为单位进行制作活动。艺术家们假想在亚洲某地有一个名为西京的都市国家，向人们叙述完全虚构的都市物语。近年的主要展览：“Xijing Is Not Xijing, Therefore Xijing Is Xijing” (21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa, 2016)
